This recipe will make plenty for lasagna dish or a large dish of spaghetti, you can also dry it and store it for future use although this past is somewhat fragile when dry.
1 1/2 cup Semolina sauce
2 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Beat the eggs lightly just to mix the yolk, add water and olive oil, combine all the liquids with the flour and knead with your hands till the dough is elastic. Roll the dough into the dough into a ball, place into a plastic bag and let it rest for about 20 minutes. After the rest period roll out the dough a bit and using a pasta maker make your desire pasta. Cook as you would cook your store bought pasta and enjoy a healthy alternative.
