Tomato bruschetta with garlic

Ever want a snack that is healthy and tastes good? then try some bruschetta. These days when people are in search for a mid day snack or something to eat during the supper bowl they turn to unhealthy chips, dips and other deep fried foods, I would like to give a simple recipe that can be made at home and it's healthy, a tasty tomato bruschetta. I make my on home made organic Pain au Levain bread that I make in my WFO, but you can make it on any artisan style bread.

Ingredients.

5 slices of bread toasted. (the quantity will verry on the size of your bread)
3 tomatoes.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon olive oil.
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
salt, pepper to taste.
a pinch of cilantro.
1/2 teaspoon johnys garlic spread.
parmesan cheese.

Cube the tomatoes, add the pressed garlic and chop the cilantro, add all the ingredients and mix with a spoon. Let it stand for few minutes to bring out the flavor, take your bread and spread the bruschetta on the bread and sprinkle cheese on top. If you are a fan of cheese like I am than you can place a slice of cheese on the bread when it's hot and let it melt, this will give your bruschetta more cheese flavor.
