House sushi sauce

I personally enjoy a good sushi, especially if the restaurant that serve it has some special sauce that they use. One of my favorite sauces that I had with sushi is from Fuji's Japanese Restaurant in Portland OR, as with other things in my life I decided to recreated for the sushi that I make. After about 5 tries I finally made a great sauce that I serve with all my sushi, and after serving it to about 14 different people who also loved it and said that its like the Fuji's special sauce I decided to stick to it and share with the rest of you.

Sauce ingredients.

12 table spoon mayo.
1.5 teaspoon soy sauce.
1.5 teaspoon muster powder.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
1 teaspoon rice vinegar.
4.5 teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
4.5 teaspoon Sushikko.
1.5 teaspoon Garlic powder.

Mix all the ingredient together and set in a fridge for about an hour before the serving. Sauce is particularly great with spider rolls or shrimp tempura, but I enjoy it with all my sushi, it's a great sauce to dip your sushi in.
