Beer pizza dough

As the fire was glowing in the wood oven I had an urge to bake some pizza before the oven was prepared for my bread bake. Today I decided to try a new recipe for the pizza dough that I got from Bradley Chenhall, it's a great dough that is easy to work with and has great flavor. It is very easy to mix, all you need to do is to combine all the ingredients starting with the wet ones and mix in a mixer, then set aside and let it rise. It is made with beer so I wonder if changing beers would make a difference in taste, I think I will have to try that in the future. Also I will attempt to switch the recipe to sourdough starter instead of yeast will have to wait and see what happens.

Pizza dough recipe.

1 cup beer
1 table spoon olive oil
2 table spoon sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup bread makers flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast

This recipe will make approximately four 25cm pizza's.
