Bake-n-Blog Triathlon January 16 2009 Russian Rye

Time has come to get my Russian Rye bread, the recipe is different than I made before, you need to use worm water and first you need to mix the starter in the water into a paste before adding flour. The dough also is totally different than that of any other I made it is like a paste not elastic at all. I hope this turns out OK. Also you only need to mix the flour once let it rice for about 2-3 hours and then shape and let it rice again till doubles.

It was lots of fun doing it, but I could barely walk at the end of the day. I started at 5 am and finished at 6 pm
