Ever wanted some lamb chops but was not sure how to prepare them.
Here is a great way to grill them and takes about 15 minutes to make a great dinner.
Wash your lamb chops and season them with Montreal Seasoning, add few cloves of pressed garlic and some olive oil.
Preheat your grill on high as hot as possible before you put your lamb chops on the grill, you should also start some potato, either baby reds with garlic, or just plain mashed potatoes depending on your preference.
Turn your grill down to Medium and place the chops on the grill. Grill on each side till they turn golden brown. Most of the fat will burn off and you will be left with soft juice lamb chops.
Now all is left is to serve them and enjoy with some greens on the side, like spinach grilled with bacon or just a salad. If you are serving it wit baby reds with garlic I recommend trying some Filmjolk with that, it will give you great flavor and some probiotics for your health.
