Food allergy on the rise.

A new study that was recently published, found that food allergy in children has bin on the rise in US and specific ethnic group are more prone to them then others. Although it is hard to determine if the 20% rise in the past 10 years are do to the increase of allergies in children 18 and under or simply the increased vigilance by doctors and parents.

None the less it is worth noting that in the past few years ambulatory visits to treat allergies in children have tippled, and although the new study did not find any distinctions between boys or grills they did find that the Hispanic community had the highest growth.

With the food allergy on the rise it is worth looking in to it and perhaps asking a question WHY do our children have this and what makes the body develop certain allergies in our kids. What plays the role and how can we prevent this?
